Website launched at last!

At last, we have ‘liftoff’! Having worked on these texts for so many years, it often seemed as if this day would never come. So it is gratifying to see the whole thing up now, ready to share with readers. A great deal of credit must go to the work of our talented web designer, Lori Martin, without whom this site might never have seen the light of day. Thank you, Lori!

Of course, nothing is ever perfect. No matter how much testing one does, there are always errors that can slip through. Please do not hesitate to let us know through our Contact page if you find a glitch or an inconsistency so we can fix it. We thank you in advance.

We are celebrating our launch with a quartet of sonnet-and-song sequences by four of the most important male and female English poets of the late sixteenth and early seventeenth centuries. Readers now have an opportunity to compare them with each other as never before. Do let us know what you think. If we use your comments on our website, then you will be entitled to receive a complimentary ebook from our list. Just be sure you supply us with the details we need to contact you. Happy reading! - Dirk

The Faerie Queene has arrived!

It has already been three years since we first launched this website, but we believe that the long wait for this next offering has been worthwhile. The Faerie Queene is, without doubt, Edmund Spenser's masterpiece. We think that students and general readers will enjoy this Modern Language Version for years to come. Happy reading! - Dirk
